• Clinical notes and treatment records created during your appointments.
• Messages you send us through the website chat or by text.

• To reply to you and to book, manage and follow up your appointments.
• To provide and record your clinical care.
• To send you what you have asked for, such as the checklist or newsletters.

Health information is processed under the additional condition for the provision of health care.

• Google Analytics 4 (analytics): shows which pages are visited and how people find us.
• TruConversion (analytics): session recordings and heatmaps of how the site is used.
• Google Ads conversion tracking (marketing): tells us whether an advert led to a booking.
• Meta Pixel (marketing): run by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Used on our booking pages to tell us whether our Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to bookings. It records page visits and booking actions, plus basic device and browser information. It only runs if you allow marketing cookies.

• Cliniko: our online booking and clinical records system.
• Website chat and text messaging: run on GoHighLevel by our marketing agency, Avaris Media.
• MailerLite: sends our email newsletters, only if you sign up.
• Supabase: stores form submissions from this website.

We may also share information with other healthcare professionals with your consent or where needed for your care, and with regulators, insurers or law enforcement where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers. Access to clinical records is limited to the people who need it to deliver your care.
